How does the Library use my donation? |
|
“Like new” items often
become part of the Library’s adult or children’s
circulating collections. Other items are sold,
either privately or at our semi-annual book
sales. The two sales in 2024 netted over $16,000
for the Library. |

|
Can I get a tax
receipt? |

You may request a
receipt. The Library will acknowledge your
donation but cannot place a value on it. Please
count the number and type of items you are
donating before requesting a receipt. |
|
|
|
Where should I take my
donation? |
|
You may leave small
quantities on the carts near the Circulation
Desk at the Main Library during scheduled
collection hours. |
