Let's get
together this summer at the library!
This summer’s theme is “All Together
Now,” celebrating friendship, unity, and
diversity. In addition to the hundreds
of programs and events the library will
be hosting this summer, readers of all
ages are invited to join our summer
reading challenges! Visit the library,
read books, and earn prizes.
Registration
opens June 1 on
Beanstack Paper reading logs will be
available online and at the library on
June 12!
Special
performers for this summer include Kit's
Interactive Theater, Eyes of the Wild,
and Grins & Grins.

Kids Summer Reading - Ages 0 - 11
Hey Kids! Visit the library, read books,
and earn prizes! There are a total of
three prizes to collect, with the grand
prize being a Summer Reading t-shirt!
After that, for every hour you read you
can receive a raffle ticket that you
will be able to use to enter to win
various prizes.
These include experience tickets (Zoo,
DaVinci, etc), themed baskets, and three
opportunities to pie your favorite
librarian in the face.

Teen Summer Reading - Ages 12 - 18
Read with us this summer and earn
awesome prizes. For every 8 hours you
read, you earn a gift card of your
choice! A total of 3 gift cards can be
earned. Prizes can be picked up at
either library location. Teens also have
the option of reading books from the
Together We Read Book Challenge
categories. For each book you read, you
will receive a raffle ticket that you
will be able to use to enter to win
various prizes. See the Together We Read
section for more details.

Adult Summer Reading - Ages 19-109
This summer, adult readers are invited
to read (or listen to!) books, and enter
to win gift certificates from local
businesses. Use your entries for
multiple prizes or use all of them on
your favorite! New! This year, readers
will be logging minutes read rather than
the number of books read. Adult readers
can also join us for our Together We
Read Book Challenge, in addition to our
traditional reading program for even
more chances to enter our gift card
raffles. Please see a staff member with
questions.

Together We Read Book Challenge for
Teens and Adults
Participate
in our Together We Read Book Challenge
by reading from diverse voices and
experiencing new genres. There are a
total of 25 challenges to choose from –
choose a couple or complete them all!
For each book you read, you will earn a
raffle ticket that you will be able to
use to enter to win various prizes.
