Agencies:

AARP Webplace - AARP is the nation's leading organization for people age 50 and over. It serves their needs and interests through education, advocacy, and community services which are provided by a network of local chapters and experienced volunteers throughout the country.

Administration on Aging - AoA is the federal focal point and advocate agency for older persons and their concerns. AoA works to heighten awareness among other federal agencies, organizations, groups, and the public about the valuable contributions that older Americans make to the nation and alerts them to the needs of vulnerable older people. Through information, referral and outreach efforts at the community level, AoA seeks to educate older people and their caregivers about the benefits and services available to help them.

National Council on Disability - NCD's overall purpose is to promote policies, programs, practices, and procedures, that guarantee equal opportunity for all individuals with disabilities, regardless of the nature of severity of the disability; and to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve self-sufficiency, independent living, and inclusion and integration into all aspects of society.
