In this example, you would know that the record you found is for a baptism that occurred between 1845 and 1893 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Easton.

A Brainerd Presbyterian Church (Easton, PA). Includes baptisms 1837-1893 (p. 1-17, 70-87), marriages 1851-1888 (p. 18-28, 88-89), deaths 1851-1893 (p. 29-37, 90-93), membership records 1851-1893 (p. 38-68, 94-102). Church organized in 1852. Includes records of First Reformed Protestant Dutch Church (Second Presbyterian Church), which merged with Brainerd in 1893. Brainerd later merged into the First Presbyterian Church.
   
B Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church (Easton, PA). Includes baptisms 1843-1895 p. 1-90), admissions 1843-1877 (p. 91-97), marriages 1843-1884 (p. 98-131), burials 1843-1852 (p. 133-138), deaths 1855-1893 (p. 139-237).

K St. Paul’s (III) Evangelical Lutheran Church (Easton, PA). Includes baptisms 1868-1893 (p. 1-20), marriages 1869-1885 (p. 21-31), deaths 1869-1893 (p. 32-36), removals 1870-1913 (p. 37-43). Congregation moved to Palmer Township in 1963.
   
Ks First Reformed Church (Easton, PA). Includes records from 1760-1852. Later church records are in G. Volume published by H. M. Kieffer in 1902 under title “Some of the first settlers of the Forks of the Delaware”.

MM Plainfield Reformed Church (Plainfield Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1836-1872 (p. 174a-228a), communicants.
   
N Flicksville Reformed Church (Washington Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1828-1896. Also known as St. Paul’s Church.
   
P St. Luke’s Lutheran Church (Williams Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1733-1831 (p. 4-63), marriages 1740-1759 , deaths 1756-1760, communicants. Also known as Williams Township Church.
   
R Salem Lutheran and Reformed Church (Moore Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1774-1840 (p. 1-56, 95-117, 127-202), communicants and confirmations 1774-1829, marriages and deaths 1810-1815 (p. 93, 124-125). Also known as Big Moore. Lutheran Church merged with Jehovah Lutheran to form Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Bushkill Township.
   
S Christ (Stone) Church (Upper Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1774-1833 (p. 3-145), communion lists (p. 145-202).
   
SK Zion (Stone) Church (Allen Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1773-1822 (p. 1-100), communicants 1773-1800 (p. 101-123), deaths and marriages 1810-1814 (p. 124-127). Lutheran and Reformed records. Lutheran congregation merged into Good Shepherd Lutheran in 1970.
   
T Trinity Episcopal Church (Easton, PA). Includes baptisms 1819-1872 (p. 8-28, 33-46, 60-76, 101-104), communicants 1819-1872, burials 1819-1873 (p. 77-89), marriages 1819-1873 (p. 105-125).
   
V Friedens Church (Albany Township, Berks County, PA). Includes baptisms 1771-1855 (p. 1-54), communicants and catechumen 1808-1840. Also known as New Allemangel.
   
W Dryland Union Church (Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, PA). Includes baptisms 1763-1808 (p. 3-122), marriages and burials 1764-1765 (p. 123), communicants and catechumen 1763-1807 (p. 124-200). Also known as Trinity Church.
   
X Jerusalem Lutheran and Reformed Church (Albany Township, Berks County, Pa.). Includes baptisms 1768-1863 (p. 24-65), communicants and catechumen, 1811-1856.
   
Y Durham Church (Durham Township, Bucks County, PA). Includes baptisms 1813-1897 (p. 1-87), cemetery records compiled in 1932. Lutheran congregation merged with St. John’s Riegelsville.
